I contacted Bobby Martinez at Power Spot Electric as I know they do excellent work and I needed help getting 2 ceiling fans installed that my wife just bought. Kati called me, took down my information, scheduled one of their electricians to do the replacement/install and gave me an estimated 2 hour time of arrival. Day of, I received a text that Brian was on his way. He showed when expected. He did a fantastic job and he was a nice guy on top of it.The experience was so good that I am asking them to quote me on taking care of a bathroom fan issue. If you need an electrician, this is the place to call. They are efficient, conscientious, prompt, reliable, professional, CLEAN and above all, EXCEPTIONALLY KIND. And when you're a stay at home mom with three young kids at home with you, having people you can trust in the home and around your kids is a big plus.This is the third time we've used Power Spot Electric. The first time we had garage lights put in. The second time they added recessed lights to our kitchen and this third time we had recessed lights put into our living room, dining room, hallway and entrance way. This last time, they installed 13 canned lights in one day. It was a big project, but they got in done between 8am-4pm. And when they left, there wasn't a single speck of dust on my floors, counters, tables, etc!! They covered all the furniture, vacuumed before leaving, and wiped down any smudges on all the outlet switches. The only thing they left behind was the gorgeous lighting!This staff goes above and beyond.Kati, the receptionist, is super responsive with texts, emails, and phone calls. I love that all of the invoices and estimates are emailed so I have an electronic copy and can easily look them up again in my email when I need another job done.Bobby, Brian, and Frank did the work and estimates for our house and they were all very communicative throughout the process so we knew what was going on. And like I said, it was a huge plus that they were friendly with my kids, husband and I. Trusting others to work on your home isn't easy, but the staff at Power Spot Electric were so knowledgeable and thoughtful that trusting them came easily.We will for sure hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.
